1. What the Service does

recatation is a search and information tool. It helps you shortlist flights on which a cat or a dog may travel in the cabin, estimates the total price including pet fees, and summarizes pet entry and exit requirements of countries.

We do not sell tickets, we are not a travel agent or a carrier, and we do not book pet places. Tickets are sold by airlines and third-party sellers (for example, Aviasales or Trip.com). Pet places are confirmed only by the airline.

2. Information may be inaccurate — always check it yourself

Airline rules, fees, aircraft, country requirements and prices change often and sometimes without notice. Information on the Service is collected from official sources where possible, but it may be incomplete, outdated or wrong, and prices and fees are estimates.

The Service helps you prepare and choose; it is not a substitute for official confirmation. Before you buy a ticket or travel, you must check every requirement yourself: confirm the pet place, weight and carrier limits and fees with each airline on your route, preferably before you pay; check pet entry, transit and exit rules with the official veterinary service or the embassy of each country; and check visa requirements for every passenger.

You are solely responsible for your travel documents, your pet's documents, vaccinations, tests, permits and any consequences of not meeting a requirement, including refusal of carriage, refusal of entry, quarantine or extra costs.

3. Prices and third-party sites

Prices shown are taken from third parties and may differ from the final price on the seller's website. Pet fees are converted to one currency at approximate exchange rates.

Links may lead to third-party websites. Those websites have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content, services or prices. Some links are affiliate links: if you buy through them, we may receive a commission at no extra cost to you. This does not affect which flights we show you or how we check them.

4. Your account

An account is optional. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for the information you add, such as your pets' details and citizenship. You can delete your account at any time in your profile.

Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Enter only your own data or data you are entitled to share: do not create accounts, subscribe to our emails or send requests on behalf of other people without their permission. You are responsible for the consequences of providing inaccurate data or someone else's data without a right to do so.

Do not misuse the Service: do not attempt to break its security, overload it, scrape it at scale or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that do.

5. No warranties and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service or information on it, including missed flights, refused carriage, refused entry, quarantine, fines, extra costs or harm to your pet. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

6. Content and intellectual property

The design, texts and software of the Service belong to us or our licensors. Airline, airport and country names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify them.

7. Changes

We may change the Service and these Terms. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
